Rue is often described as difficult. It isn't so much her having an attitude as it is her being carefully misleading and naturally bitter. She doesn't like people getting too close to her because she's basically had to raise herself and trusts no one. She likes to do things for herself and isn't comfortable with help, even when she needs it. She doesn't like people who are full of themselves and like to show off, it makes her tired and more likely to escape by means of violence. She has a hard time expressing herself without getting frustrated and in turn, angry. She has an attitude problem that makes her a Banshee - she's a fighter and needs ways to take out her energy. Rue likes to think of herself as a battlefield - you have to fight to win her over to get her to sign a treaty of alliance, thus respecting you. A little reckless she goes for instinct rather than thinking things out, but it usually gets her where she wants to go.

Rue has a huge library of spells that normally would be illegal at her fingertips since she works for the Division of Action & Defense. She is a high powered Blood Witch and can successfully summon and control Imps as well as shapeshift as though she's preforming a spell a child could do. Rue's prized possessions are her "minis". She loves creating spelled items as minis so that once she touches them they become large. She wears a machine gun necklace that looks plastic - but the minute she takes the necklace off and touches it - poof! Real machine gun. She wears a variety of weapons this way.

Rue has a thin frame with a small chest and doesn't have your typical sexy womanly curves. She's just very petite, but she knows how to look good anyway. She loves to look modern, young, sexy, all at the same time without being categorized in any of the new terms like "Emo" or "Goth". Her hair is naturally a sandy brown but she usually wears it banana peeled blonde, long, with a wavy curl. Her eyes are charcoal gray and her lips are like little beautiful curved waves. Her nose is petite but stands out and gives her overall facial structure an ancient artistry. She loves accessories and always has some sort of bag on her and jewerly that is really spelled craftsmanship (weapons, mostly).

Opi is a 16lb Harpy Eagle that Rue often calls "Cow" because he is black and white. He's nearly three feet in length which makes him more than half the height of Rue herself. The top of his head is crowned with a pointy double crest and makes him look important and scary at the same time. His talons are often compared to bear claws. He is - of course - a menace. He's always getting into trouble and making noise. He's violent and always searching for prey and the only way you'll ever get in his good graces is by allowing him to draw blood from you.
