Description

JD is essentially two personalities in one body. The witch that was originally JD to begin with is a guy who wants to make it big. Lives for rock n' roll and would do anything at any cost to keep things that way. He's a guy with an addictive personality, when he likes something, he obsesses about it until he gets worn out and discards it. JD is playful and silly when he's not drunk or high. The other half of his personality is actually the demon he hosts. On stage JD is a presence, with guitar smashing, dancing, head banging and doing things like back flips. Anything to get the crowd riotous and then to feed off of that. The demon doesn't stay long, only during sets but he's almost uncontrolled, wild, malicious. Having to share the body with JD makes the demon irritable and so he'll torture JD with horrific nightmares or picks fights using JD's body. Other than that, they seem to share the same interest of drugs, sex and rock n' roll.

Magical Talent

His talent isn't so much of something tangible as it is the fact that JD hosts a demon inside his body. The demon basically feeds off of the energy that comes from the people they play for in concerts. The more excited and riled up a crowd gets, the more it can indulge. To achieve this he gives JD an uncanny ability with a guitar and uses so much energy that after shows JD just tends to pass out. They essentially share the same body, though JD sometimes struggle to stay in control most of the time. He does do some light blood magics. Potions to give himself energy boosts mostly and the like.

Appearance

Everybody always notices how tall JD is before anything else. His hair is midnight black in color with a dark glossy blue sheen that's completely natural. It's razored in style and work a little shaggy, always a mess, never looking combed or groomed. His clothing ranges from T-shirts and jeans to leather pants and a bare chest. JD has a favorite pair of combat boots he always wears, he considers them lucky. His body is built slim but not too thin, a bit lanky but constructed in a way that he mnages to look muscular still. His skin is a pale color which contrasts starkly against his hair color, his features strong, and not always considered attractive by many. It's more his persona on stage really, than anything else.

Familiar

Marmaduke is a massive sized dog of the Great Dane breed. He's a dark tan in color with a white underbelly and a chain around his neck as a collar, but no ID tags. The sort of dog to sit around doing nothing most of the day but could easily bite a chunk out of your neck if you didn't give him his meal on time. Marmaduke drools a lot, usually a string of saliva hangs from his mouth and when angry his lips curl back to reveal sharp teeth. Normally though he's a very relaxed sort of dog who'd rather nap than get into any fights.

Information

History

JD's parents had him merely by accident, they never wanted children, but Dinah got pregnant and had him. And then they promptly handed him over to a witchery, essentially an orphanage run in Salem, refusing to keep him. JD was picked on as a kid, mostly because he was sort of small for his age with the pale hair and naturally dark hair. As he grew older, he wanted to become what any kid did. A rock star. He had a decent talent with guitar, but really he wasn't anything spectacular, nothing like the guitar gods he idolized. He dropped out of school in order to pursue music, which is how he ended up teaming with Saint City Sinners. And Sean.

The promise of the talent to become a brilliant guitarist came with a price. JD was young and naive, so he took the chance at doing something as drastic as allowing his body to host a demon in order to become the rock star which he wanted to be. On stage the demon was in control, using JD's body to play the music with a godly talent, feeding off the energy from the crowd.
